EXCELLENT PASSAGE:

When we commit to the work of healing, to bring that part of ourselves to forefront and into service, know that when we pray to be supported and taught, ask for the skills and power to do the work, or to the shown the way, this prayer may be answered in the opportunity to undertake our own healing. Those dense old programs or thought forms that resonate at a lower level than our intentions, which by nature must surface and be seen in order to be healed and cleared for the deeper knowing to flow. What looks like a health crisis may in fact be this process of cleansing and empowerment… our own cosmic awakening which becomes the very wisdom that we will share with our clientele and by living example. Here is an excellent passage from Brook Medicine Eagle’s timeless book, Buffalo Woman Comes Singing.

“Yet I came to know that learning takes one into difficulties and very tough places. It causes us to plumb the depths of ourselves so that we can come to truly know ourselves by shedding light on the unworkable and painful parts of our lives, then helps us to form new and positive images to make real in our lives. Looking back, I give thanks for all the learning that I called to myself and for all those who participated in those experiences.”

CatalogChoice.org

A new website where you can add your name to a "do not catalog" list. You probably won't be able to stop the influx of catalogs this holiday season because it takes about 10 weeks to process your request.

· Americans receive 19 billion catalogs every year.
· If you're an environmentalist, that's 53 million trees per year.
· While the USPS makes huge revenue delivering all these catalogs…the bulk of it end up in the trash or recycling bin.

Personally, I’d rather spare the trees and the fuel it requires to process catalogs from start to finish.
